How did you do with reading the Bible during week one? I know we should be starting week three at this point but I fell behind so now we will be starting week two.
I think staying on top of this will be important and I will not fall behind again. Also, don’t forget if you would like a daily reminder you can follow me on Twitter and Facebook or receive a reminder through email by signing up for the Bible Reading newsletter.
I have to say that this was more difficult for me than I thought. I want to make changes in my life and any change is difficult, even if it is for the better. Whenever you want to add something to your life there needs to be something taken out — and this year so far I have been adding lots of stuff to my life (all good things) and I have not taken too much out. So all of this will be an adjustment.
So I am behind, but like anything else I am not going to give up. I want to continue and I have gotten some feedback that others are in fact joining me on this journey so I have a new sense of mission.
I will update some more thoughts later this week (or next week since I am at a conference and I am not sure how the wifi is).
Let me know where you are at in the challenge.

We just finished week one and two of romans and genesis. since we to are behind we are gonna try and double up this week to get on track. You should know that 15 mins a day is probably not gonna cut it LOL. We just spent over 2 hours. Since neither of us has ever read the bible and don’t understand it very well we got a book called Life Application Study Bible. It has footnotes pretty much for every verse and how it can apply to daily life. This is taking ALOT longer but we really like it so far. Good luck to anyone else trying this!!!
