It is early – about 6:00am and we are at the Childrens Hospital in PA (CHOP). Baby Girl is going to get tubes put in her ears today. We are not terribly worried about it. It is not long surgery but it is still surgery.
But I am reminded how much I dislike waiting rooms. We were told to be here at 6am. But we could be waiting to see the doctor up to an hour or more. All we can do is wait…..
If they get busy or backedup that is one thing but we most likely will be waiting for the doctor to get out of bed himself.
I just hope he is an early riser

  1. Dr. John says:

Three of my grandchildren had that done. It was a little bit scarey.
